Что такое информация? Вопрос на первый взгляд кажется странным. Государственный стандарт России не дает уточнения в разделе Алфавитный указатель терминов. В «Федеральном законе Российской Федерации от 27 июля 2006 г. N 149-ФЗ Об информации, технологиях и о защите информации», как отмечает Российская газета дается следующее определение этого термина: «информация — сведения (сообщения, данные) независимо от формы их представления».
Обратимся к понятию информация, введенному в монографии «Гиперкомплексные динамические системы» А,М. Малютой: «Это мера гиперкомплексного разнообразия».
Исходя из постулата: «все есть система», системная совокупность ГДС- информации образует повое (важное для практики ГДС) системное свойство — информационность, включающую в себя всю полноту системных характеристик ГДС-информации: гиперкомплексность, структурность, динамичность и т. д.
Подчеркнем, что такое понимание понятия не исключает использования в повседневной жизни понимания: «разъяснение, представление, понятие о чём-либо» и др., но разделяет информационный шум и информацию.
Очевидно, что для анализа социальных процессов и явлений важно опираться на информацию, отвечающую характеристике системной полноты.
Однако, если принять во внимание выводы, приведенные авторами публикации «Окно Овертона. Теория Разрушения», то единственное, что могут сделать люди, это задаться вопросом: что этому можно противопоставить?» У нас для этого есть все. Такая возможность есть. Однако нужна кооперация и системная организация людей, желающих сформировать значимые для жизни общества подходы, на основе фундаментальных знаний.
